ARJE members are extremely fortunate to have access to Reform Pension Board programs. The Reform Pension Board (RPB) provides a variety of programs and services to eligible Reform Movement professionals, including a 403(b) pension plan, rabbi trust plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance and pension continuance protection. Membership in ARJE and employment with a URJ-affiliated congregation are eligibility criteria for joining the RPB.
