Meeting the first year students in Jerusalem made me ponder: How do we nurture them and others who join the endeavor of Reform Jewish education? What is our responsibility as individual NATE members and as an organization? I encourage you to find those who share our excitement for this enterprise and to support them as they begin their careers. Let us challenge ourselves to seek new professionals in our field and to be a mentor as they go on their journey.
