NATE’s Corps of Experts

Over the last several months, the ARJE leadership has been in the process of setting up a partnership with the URJ Knowledge Network that will provide consultation and guidance to congregations seeking support in areas of Jewish education. We reached out to you, our members, to build our ARJE Corps of Experts, a group of people with whom the Knowledge Network staff can confer, get input, and together shape responses given to inquires that coming into the URJ.

We are pleased to welcome these ARJE members who will be serving as our Corps of Experts:

• Rick Abrams, RJE – Director of Jewish Family Life, Community Synagogue of Rye, Rye, NY
• Robin Eisenberg, RJE – Director of Jewish Learning and Living, Temple Beth El, Boca Raton, FL
• Saul Kaiserman, RJE – Director of Lifelong Learning, Congregation Emanu El of the City of New York, New York, NY
• Rachel Kasten – Assistant Director of Education and Youth Programs, I.M.Wise Temple, Cincinnati, OH
• Ron Leff, RJE – Director of Religious Education, Temple Emanuel, Denver, CO

We had a wonderful group of ARJE members volunteer for this new endeavor – so many, in fact, that we could not appoint everyone who expressed interest. We are so proud of our members who both individually and collectively carry a great deal of knowledge, experience and expertise. The Reform Movement, the field of Jewish education, and our organization are blessed!
