Happy Spring! As do many of your organizations, ARJE operates on a fiscal year that begins on July 1. As we work to prepare a budget that reflects our values and our members’ needs, we wanted to share some numbers to help you plan your own budget for supporting and engaging with ARJE next year.
TLDR: Both ARJE Dues Rates and Conference Registration Fees are staying the same for FY27!
ARJE Member Contributions (dues) are billed on July 1 and are due by September 1.
Member renewal forms will be available in late May.
- Each member must fill out their own form annually.
- The form allows you to indicate the date you want to be invoiced (Before, on, or after July 1).
- If you have extra funds in this year’s budget, you are welcome to pay in advance.
- The form also allows you to request a payment plan or dues adjustment.
ARJE is keeping our dues rates the same for the second year in a row. Our rates are as follows:
- Full Primary Dues for ARJE members in FY26 are calculated at 1.241% of your annual salary or anticipated income.
- Reduced Primary Dues rates of $100-300 are available for those making less than $40,000 per year.
- Affiliate Dues rates: ARJE makes it easy for you to belong to multiple organizations by calculating an affiliate rate. Dues for ARJE are the difference between your primary professional organization’s dues and ARJE dues (minimum of $250). ECE-RJ members have a $180 flat rate.
- Vatekei ARJE membership is $36 for those retired from the field of Jewish Education.
- 10% Multiple Member Discounts: ARJE is the only Reform movement affiliate that offers a discount if you have more than one Primary Dues paying member in your organization.
ARJE continues to welcome ALL Reform Jewish Educators to be members of ARJE regardless of financial circumstances. Generous donations from our members help to offset the costs for others.
Registration and pricing information is already available for our 2027 Annual Gathering in St. Louis.
Registration rates will be as follows:
- $750 Subsidized rate for members (Register by 8/15/26)
- $875 Early Bird rate for members (Register by 8/15/26)
- $1000 Regular rate for members (Register by 12/1/26)
Hotel room rates are $159/nt plus taxes and fees. Average hotel stay is 3 nights (2/1-2/5)
In recognition of the value of gathering together in person, registration fees are not increasing for this year. We have also selected a hotel that offers a low nightly rate to keep overall costs down. As with all aspects of ARJE membership, cost should not be a barrier to participation in our Annual Gathering. Thanks to the generosity of past ARJE leaders, we have significant scholarship funds available.
If you have questions about payments, please contact Jen Greene at JGreene@Reformeducators.org.
More will be shared about ARJE’s finances and how your membership contributions help us achieve our mission on April 30 at “Shifting into Summer,” our Annual Meeting.
Until then, thank you for your ongoing support of ARJE. Your financial contribution lifts up our field, sustains our members, and strengthens our organization.
With Gratitude,
Stefani Carlson
