Have you ever measured a program’s success by how many families attended, if there was enough food, and if parents were paying attention? While these are important measures, they are not enough in determining success. In order to create experiences that provide a strong connection to our families, we must think carefully about how we help families with young children develop meaningful relationships within our community and with each other.  This session will explore how to measure relationships, meaning, and impact to gain a deeper understanding of what we mean by success.

Join us to learn more about how an incubated program at the Rose Community Foundation has learned how to engage families to find their people, path and place in the Jewish community. Serving as a concierge, connector and catalyzer, MazelTogether intentionally serves the "under"served families with young children ages 0-5 through leveraging intentional partnerships, design thinking and network weaving.
