T’fillahpalooza “Mindful play room” -- Laurel T’fillah jam session -- Kent Stam T’fillah -- Essex When the gym is calling, infuse your workout with the themes of Shacharit. This 47-minute workout playlist includes a warmup and cool down, and a little wisdom from our tradition for your morning workout too. Plus links to workout playlist and walking t’fillah-https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4XmZxo2PSYtbIxVMuNSc3T?si=BKtACELlRQm_mMK29kdOYQ Start your day with attention and intention. Put on comfortable shoes and clothes, and join for a 20-minute walking meditation.. It is a new day, and we begin today with a focus on our body, and our movement. A walking meditation allows us to both move our body with intention and make space for attention, as we allow ourselves to be guided on a journey. This meditation is designed for someone who has comfortable access to moving their legs and feet without assistance from another person. The pace of the walk begins slow, and ends at a speed you are comfortable with. You can do this walking meditation indoors in a circle, on path, or anywhere you have room to both walk, and to stop. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vzjXl1OY9LPP6gT-QLdNAX1ZIHQgBIpA/view?usp=sharing |
