During this webinar, Arthur will give us a brief review of pertinent laws relating to discrimination and other laws affecting employers and employees (e.g. Americans with Disabilities Act and the rights to accommodations: but keeping it simple). He will explain the hiring process as to what you can and cannot ask, and what your hiring decisions can and cannot be based on. Arthur will also help participants through the often difficult termination process and steps leading to termination. He will discuss a little about contracts, but mainly in terms of written expectations and provisions relating to termination.
